If we look around the United States of America, Alaska is said to be the biggest state in the Union. However, the majority of the population lives in only in the south central area of the state. The oil pipeline goes from the North Slope to Valdez while the proposed natural gas pipeline would run through Canada to deliver natural gas all of the way to the lower forty eight States. Right now there is a setup period taking place to make sure the project is feasible and once that is completed the construction of the pipeline hopefully will begin. When this happens estimates of as many as 80,000 people might be brought to Alaska because of the jobs created. A large portion of them will pick Anchorage as their place to reside. Now you can see the huge potential in Alaska’s real estate future both for residential valuations and commercial.
